Mr. Sameer Fazelyar is the Deputy Executive Director of Tolo Legal Services and responsible for client relation, public relation and staff management. He has more than 10 years of experience in management and marketing strategies while working in advisory posts with the government as well as with International and National agencies.
His proficient interdisciplinary skills guarantee the successful lead of a client’s case until its settlement. Mr. Fazelyar has obtained his bachelor degree in Business Administration from Kardan University and has completed part of his education in Pakistan. He is fluent in Dari, Pashto, Urdu and English.
